Rhiannon joined the Bristol Institute of Legal Practice (BILP) in 2002. She works on the Charity elective team and specialises in the following areas:

  • Residential and Commercial Property
  • Charity Law
  • Contract Law

Rhiannon also teaches on and is the Course Director of the full time Graduate Diploma in Law (CPE) course.

Before working at BILP, Rhiannon trained at Clifford Chance and then worked as a Senior Property Lawyer there. She is a former Lawyer Chairman of the Leasehold Valuation Tribunal, and a former Chairman of the Association of Women Solicitors.

Whilst working at BILP, Rhiannon has been the Director of the full-time Legal Practice Course, having previously held that post at Bournemouth University.

Rhiannon is an External Examiner of the Solicitors Regulation Authority on the LPC3 course and has co-written a practical handbook on Commercial Property.
