Rachel joined the Bristol Institute of Legal Practice (BILP) in
2001. She is a member of the Litigation team and specialises in the
following areas:
- Civil Litigation
- Employment Law
Rachel joined the Bristol Institute of Legal Practice (BILP) in
2001. She is subject Leader for the Employment Law Elective and a
member of the Litigation team. She also teaches Advocacy as part of
the Professional Skills Course for trainee solicitors.
Rachel trained with Clifford Chance in London and Brussels. She
practised as a Litigation and Employment law Solicitor with the
firms Bennett Metcalfe and Ringrose Wharton in Bristol for a number
of years. Rachel ran a variety of civil, commercial and employment
litigation cases in the High Court, County Court and Employment
Tribunal acting for individuals, employers and insurance
clients.
