Jane joined the Bristol Institute of Legal Practice (BILP) in
2009. She is a member of the Business Law and Practice team and
specialises in the following areas:
- Corporate law
- Corporate finance
Before working at BILP, Jane was a Partner in Eversheds' Bristol
office and then moved to TLT as a Partner. Prior to this, Jane
practised as a Corporate Finance Solicitor with a Scottish firm in
London.
During this time, apart from mainstream Corporate Law Jane
specialised in Public Share Offers, Listings and tax efficient
Investment Schemes.
