Dagmar joined the Bristol Institute of Legal Practice (BILP) in
2001. She is a member of the Business Law and Practice team and
specialises in the following areas:
- Corporate Law
- Private Equity
- Financial Regulation
After qualification at Slaughter and May in the City, Dagmar
worked as a Solicitor in one of their Corporate/Commercial groups
specialising in advising companies fully listed on the London Stock
Exchange. She then moved to Bristol to work in the Corporate
department of Osborne Clarke where she specialised in Acquisitions,
Private Equity and Buy Outs.
Dagmar studied Law in Germany and has experience of working in
German law firms.
