Funding options
It's not always easy to fund your studies, but there are various
organisations that can offer you financial support:
Loan packages and bursaries
Banks will often see LPC graduates as a good investment so will
be likely to offer you a loan.
Firm sponsorship
Some large firms offer sponsorship of the LPC as part of their
recruitment package.
Local Authority grants
There are some Local Authorities that offer financial
support. You can contact your Local Authority to find out
more.
Law Society bursary scheme
If you have no other funding then you could be eligible for a
bursary from the Law Society. Applications must be submitted
by April of the year that you commence the course. Contact

Charities and grant-making trusts
Some charities offer funding to students. Get in touch

Professional and Career Development Loans (LPC
only)
A Professional and Career Development Loan could help you pay
for vocational or work-related learning. It is a deferred
repayment bank loan which allows you to borrow between £300 and
£10,000. NCLT are a learner provider for career development loans.
NCLT is also registered with the Young Peoples Learning Agency.
